For these, use the government’s own form, not a template. We can commission or witness them for you.
Wills and codicils: we do not prepare or witness these, so please speak with a lawyer. Powers of attorney, cohabitation and separation agreements, and business contracts should also be prepared by a lawyer. Once your document is prepared, we can witness signatures or commission it where appropriate.
